Key Employee Initiatives
Safety Month
We give utmost importance to safety across all our locations. March is celebrated as the ‘Safety Month’, during which, safety pledge is taken on 04th March every year and various programs are organised to promote awareness and sensitise workforce towards safety.
Ethics Month
Being a Tata Group company, ethical conduct is intrinsic to PSPL’s work culture.
July is observed as the “Ethics month”. In this month, awareness sessions on Ethical dilemma, FGDs with workforce, quiz sessions and various other activities are organised by the Ethics Counsellors across locations.
Quality Month
We dedicate November as our ‘Quality Month’. Various activities are organised to sensitise workforce on quality related parameters.
Other Initiatives
Celebrating festivals and birthdays, organising Annual Picnics and other such events to promote interpersonal relationships and to connect with the family members of our employees are among the many employee engagement events that are part of the work culture at PSPL.
