These sheets are typically shipped in a flat-stacked format. At PSPL, our state-of-the-art CTL facilities across East India can handle steel coils of various widths and thicknesses, up to 20 mm. Our setup features advanced equipment, including start-stop shears, and high-precision levelers with multiple heights.

PSPL’s Steel Slitting service specializes in cutting steel coils into narrower widths to meet customer specifications. Our advanced slitting lines feature high-precision slitters, quick tooling change for slitter heads, tensioning devices, and high-capacity re-coilers.
PSPL’s 7 Tank Pickling & Oiling process enhances the surface finish of Hot Rolled Coils by removing surface oxides or scales. This is achieved by passing the steel strip through hydrochloric acid baths, which dissolve the oxides.After pickling, the strip is thoroughly rinsed and coated with an oil film to prevent rust, thereby improving the steel’s shelf life and overall appearance.
PSPL’s state-of-the-art facility provides world-class plate processing and fabrication services, widely appreciated by major OEMs in the lifting & excavation segment.
